great service but minor room issues
The customer service was excellent. We reminded me of our needs were prioritized at every turn. The breakfast was not only good but thoughtfully delivered to our door with a personal touch. The attention to detail shown by the staff was evident and really liked. The decor created a calming atmosphere throughout the space.
The room could have benefited from some maintenance.

I really enjoyed it, have never been in a better hotel. My stay was really nice in that same on a previous visit. The room was decent sized and recently renovated, could see the ocean from the window. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, slept good. Good and stunning location, the staff were pleasant.

The staff were pretty good too. The breakfast was a highlight, with delicious local options. Plus, being within walking distance to the Bob Marley museum was a fun family outing for us.
For dads, it would be great if they provided better kitchen utensils for family needs.

Ideal for families seeking comfort
The staff deserves high praise, from the gate guard to the cleaning crew, real friendly folks. One lady at the front desk even arranged an early check-in for us, like they actually cared.
It wasn't exactly a bargain but still reasonable enough for what we got.
